Intelligent Living Development Company was founded in response to the changing global conditions, particularly after the pandemic, with the aim of making housing and accommodation more accessible and quickly resolvable in Northern Cyprus.

With a philosophy of developing products using environmentally friendly, lightweight steel construction systems, the company’s first project is The Strawberry Project in the Karpaz region, a holistic living community supported by both local and foreign investors.
