Renting out your Modular House

Our rental plan provides you a steady income while you are not living in your Modular House. The revenue you generate from our rental income is based on the number of days you allow us to rent your Modular House on your behalf.

Intelligent Living offers rental service that can guarantee % of your purchase price as kick back when you rent out your house:

12 to 10 months / year: 6% of your purchase price

9 to 7 months / year : 5% of your purchase price

6 to 4 months / year: 4% of your purchase price

3 months / year: 3 % of your purchase price (Summer Months)

Sample Calculation

This numbers are based on a calculation of a purchase price on £ 100.000

12 to 10 months / year: 6% of your purchase price, a yearly kickback on £ 6.000

9 to 7 months / year : 5% of your purchase price, a yearly kickback on £ 5.000

6 to 4 months / year: 4% of your purchase price, a yearly kickback on £ 3 600

3 months / year: 3 % of your purchase price (Summer Months), a yearly kickback on £ 3.000
