Karpas is an eco friendly region of Northern Cyprus. %85 of the lands in Karpas Peninsula is under the protection of European Commission and declared as SPECIAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTED AREA
There is 80 km of virgin beaches around the Peninsula, hosting endemic flora and fauna. It`s the third major nesting point of the Caretta Caretta sea turtles.

The land development permission is limited with %20 and max 2 floors in Karpas Peninsula.
Therefore we will not be able to see high buildings and intense development around the project.
The location of the project in the middle of the Peninsula (Dipkarpaz Village) enables the investors
to reach both North & South Sea Shore in 3 km (5 min. drive)
